Service Desk

Technical support or customer service tickets can be logged at any time and will be responded to based on your company's support agreement.


Open a ticket with DataMAPt using three different methods:

  1. Email: Simply send an email to support@datamapt.com. This will create a ticket in our CRM system.

  2. Online: Go to DataMAPt's Ticketing Input Form and create a ticket describing your issue.

  3. DataMAPt Portal: DataMAPt users or MSPs can log tickets from the DataMAPt portal. In the DataMAPt web portal, click Support > Create Support Ticket.
