Technical support or customer service tickets can be logged at any time and will be responded to within 24 hours on business days.
Open a ticket with DataMAPt using three different methods:
- Email: Simply send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. This will create a ticket in our ticket system and can be updated at any time by replying to the confirmation email, or any correspondence from DataMAPt.
- Online: Go to https://datamapt.zendesk.com and create an account here to be able to view, create, and update your tickets online.
- DataMAPt Portal: DataMAPt users or MSPs can log ticket from the DataMAPt portal. In the DataMAPt web portal, click Support > Create a Ticket.
